Kubiak Dementia Foundation are delighted to be hosting another Dementia Family Day on Sat 29th July 11:30am – 4:00pm at the Penny Brohn Centre in Pill.
Come along to our interactive dementia- friendly day and take your pick from a variety of activities all designed to support those with Dementia and the people that care for them.
